In today’s complex marketing environment, organizations are expected to balance long-term brand development with measurable business growth. However, many marketing teams operate with fragmented initiatives rather than a clearly defined strategy that aligns marketing activities with broader organizational objectives.

This session focuses on how marketers can develop structured marketing strategies that connect brand positioning, customer insight, and growth priorities into a cohesive framework. Participants will explore how to translate business objectives into marketing direction, define strategic priorities, and align cross-functional teams around a shared vision for growth.

Through practical frameworks, case studies, and guided exercises, participants will learn how to design marketing strategies that not only guide execution across channels but also contribute meaningfully to long-term business outcomes.

The session emphasizes strategic clarity, disciplined prioritization, and the ability to connect marketing initiatives to sustainable organizational growth.

Group rates: CMA offers special rates for groups of 6 or more. Please reach out to learning@thecma.ca to take advantage of group rates. Note: for group rates to apply, all registrations must be completed at the same time.

Marketing practitioners and managers at small to mid-sized agencies, in-house marketing teams of one to ten people, and independent marketing consultants or freelancers. This session is designed for professionals who are aware of generative AI but haven't yet developed a systematic approach to using it in their work. They may have experimented casually with tools like ChatGPT or Claude but want a strategic framework for deciding where AI fits and where it doesn't. No technical background is required. The content is most relevant for those who are hands-on with marketing execution (content, campaigns, strategy, client management) and need to make practical decisions about AI adoption with limited time and budget.
