AI has collapsed the timeline of execution. Where a task once took days, it ships the next morning. Where output was once manageable, teams are producing more than most managers can meaningfully review, govern, or guide. The challenge is no longer getting teams to use AI; it is leading them through it with clarity, standards, and accountability.

This workshop is designed specifically for marketing managers and team leads. It gives leaders the AI literacy, risk awareness, and governance tools they need to set clear expectations, reduce risk, and build consistent AI practices across their department. The focus is not on technical skills or building models, but on the leadership and decision-making work that only a manager can do: deciding which tools are approved, defining quality standards for AI-assisted output, establishing who is accountable, and creating a clear path when things go wrong. No coding background is required.

Group rates: CMA offers special rates for groups of 6 or more. Please reach out to learning@thecma.ca to take advantage of group rates. Note: for group rates to apply, all registrations must be completed at the same time.

Founder & President, Elliott Marketing Digital (EMDigital.ca)

A strategic digital marketing and AI advisor who helps marketing and communications professionals move from ad hoc AI experimentation to more structured, efficient, and intentional ways of working. With deep expertise in AI strategy, responsible AI adoption, and digital readiness, Yvette works with marketing teams, managers, and senior leaders across Canada to close the gap between how AI is being used and how it could be used with less rework, stronger brand voice, and clearer accountability.

As the founder of Elliott Marketing Digital, Yvette has led AI readiness assessments, AEO audits, and digital strategy engagements for clients ranging from mission-driven organizations to fast-scaling SMBs and enterprise teams. Prior to founding Elliott Marketing Digital, she served as Chief Operating Officer at ClickInsight, one of Canada’s leading digital analytics and optimization consultancy, where she helped grow the organization's operational and client advisory capabilities. Her work as a facilitator and coach is grounded in a single principle: clarity

is the product. She translates fast-moving AI developments into plain-language frameworks that help marketers, managers, and executives think through AI decisions more clearly without needing to become technologists. Her proprietary C.A.T. Framework for responsible AI adoption has given marketing and communications leaders a clearer lens for navigating AI decisions, so they can move forward with confidence rather than react with uncertainty. When she is not working with marketing teams and leadership groups, Yvette is tracking what is actually changing in AI, search, and the broader digital world — and building practical tools that help Canadian marketers stay ahead rather than scramble to catch up.
